It makes me sad that people use terrible chemicals to kill dandelions. If I had a yard, I'd let the dandelions take over! They're cheerful flowers and their greens are tasty, to humans and bun-folk.
Sorry Mouse, it's terrible chemicals for me, at least on the lawn. "The difference between a weed and a flower," my wife says, "is whether you pull it up or fertilize it."

Very cute photos and post! Yeah, I would rather fertilize with organic fertilizer, but unfortunately..too expensive. We try to keep the fertilizer to a minimum....I try to pull all the weeds out.
